Strong performers deserve strong salaries. And that’s what we offer for the We Outreach team. For this role, your salary will be $1,400/mo to start. If you perform well, you can expect the salary to increase to $1,500 after 3-6 months and up to $1,800 in another 9-18 months.
You'll get a fixed salary every month - with a yearly paid 4-week vacation.

We promise each client of ours that we will build 10 links for them every month. Your job will be to achieve this for every account you're managing (usually 6 accounts at a time).
This is a very realistic goal, which our Email Outreach Reps meet monthly. Here's how you will achieve it...
1. Decide which websites to reach out to. We reach out to websites in the same industry as our clients and that have similar content. These websites are called “prospects”. We use specialized software tools to gather information about our prospects as efficiently as possible.
2. Craft an engaging automated message. The first message to your prospects will be sent in bulk. Usually we reach out to around 200 prospects at a time. While you are emailing many people at the same time, your email should feel as if it were written for each recipient individually. This is not easy, so you'll need excellent writing skills to be able to do this job well.
3. Respond to prospects that show interest and secure the backlink. After the initial message, several prospects will be interested in what we're offering. You will talk to them one-on-one to secure the backlink for our client.Here's What We Expect From You


  • You have significant email support experience.

  • You are able to write clearly, succinctly, and persuasively.

  • You’re efficient and can handle large volumes of emails (on an average day, you'll have to respond to about 50 emails).

  • You’re generally web-savvy.

  • You pay close attention to details and are organised, reliable, and communicative.


This is a full-time position, and we expect your full focus and dedication.
