With the rise in customer demand for the software products in our portfolio (Flagsmith.com & Browserless.io), we are looking for a Support Engineer to help our customers solve technical issues and have an amazing experience along the way.
What you'll be doing:* Manage the support queue to ensure fast resolution and customer happiness
* Support the sales team with product demos during sales calls
* Create internal tickets to ensure engineering can solve bugs and improve the product
* Update and maintain the knowledge base to help self-serve customers find answers on their own
* Write occasional blog posts or connect with developer community through Github
What you bring:* Good understanding of a programming language (Python, JavaScript, Node, HTML, etc.)
* Customer service oriented - go the extra mile!
* Great communicator with strong written and verbal skills
* Comfortable with ambiguity - this is a ground floor opportunity to help us build something amazing!
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly & hunger to learn more!
