Klaus is a high-growth VC-backed company looking for an experienced sales leader to skyrocket our cat-business to new heights. If you’re willing to get your hands dirty in building a lucrative outbound engine and you have the skills to scale the sales team - we’d love to have a chat and share some industry-leading cat gifs with you.
What we imagine you’ll do:

  • Create an outbound strategy, taking care of everything from demand generation to closing 6-figure ARR deals

  • Lead by example and drive the execution of the sales strategy

  • Work together with the growth team to create clear definitions of buyer personas and processes

  • Manage senior-level customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities when needed

  • Scale and manage a high-performance, global sales team

  • Turn working sales processes into easy-to-follow playbooks

  • Play a critical role in the executive team, working closely with the founders, marketing, product, and engineering heads to analyze business performance, set priorities, and steer our long-term growth strategy

How we see you:

  • 3+ years of progressive enterprise sales leadership experience within the B2B SaaS industry

  • Proven track record of building a demand generation and outbound engine

  • Seasoned in hiring and managing sales teams globally

  • Experience with selling to 5,000+ employee companies remotely; willing to “roll up the sleeves’ and sell, and help teams close deals when needed

  • Exceptional understanding of sales metrics and the ability to make decisions based on data

  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (such as Pipedrive, Leadfeeder, Prospect.io, etc.)

  • Experience in customer service is a big plus, but not a requirement

  • Internally driven, detail-oriented

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment

  • Willing to travel globally as needed

  • High tolerance of cat-gifs and emojis
