About the Role ๐Ÿ‘€
To take Contra to the next level, we're looking for a Lead Content Strategist to join our growing team ๐Ÿš€ As the Senior Copywriter, you'll work closely with the Product, Design and Marketing teams to shape and implement Contra's brand voice across the product and social.

You should apply if you: Have at least 3+ years of experience in writing and/or editing UX copy in the tech industry (ex. UX copy, long form content, or landing pages)
* Can understand our users from both sides of our marketplace (independents and clients), along with their wants, needs, and what they're trying to accomplish (and what they need to hear to do it).
* Have incorporated a brand voice across a product
* Have worked with growing startups
* Understand
when to write UX copy that is contextual, concise, conversational, and/or action-inspiring.
* Love collaborating cross functionally and strive in a remote environment
* Enjoy editing copy by other talented writers
* Have great ideas that you are itching to share
* Are up-to-date with current trends and concepts

Bonus*: Have worked as a freelancer/independent in the past

* You have a good product sense
* You are not afraid of taking in and verbalizing new concepts, ideas, and feedback
* You have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* You are familiar with gen-z culture (our target user group is gen-z)
* You can operate in a remote environment (and are within 3 hours Pacific Timezone - PST)
